Refund and Returns Policy


Thank you for ordering at One-Off Antwerp Official Online Store. If the item doesn’t fit or doesn’t work for you, you can return your order within 14 days after the delivery date. 

The item(s) purchased at that you choose to return can be refunded. please Note that shipping fees are not refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards/codes and sale items are not eligible for return. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Returns that do not comply with these regulations will not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

Return Process

please use the return form and return label included in the packing list envelope on your parcel and follow the below-mentioned procedure:

1. Please fill in the return form and place it in your parcel.

2. Make sure all products you wish to return and all the forms are included in the package. Attach the return label to the outside of the parcel.

3. Take the package to the nearest DHL point you find here.

We recommend that you note the tracking code that you find on the return label placed inside the package. that way you can monitor the shipment of your parcel.

Any issues caused by the use of a courier or a return label other than ours are not attributable to One-Off.

Once we have received the package, it can take up to 10 working days for your return to be processed. We do not offer exchanges so all returns will automatically be refunded.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not match the return policy. The return and financial responsibility are yours until it reaches One-Off and is confirmed by a delivery confirmation.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.

Please note that if you have received a gift and would like to return it for a refund, the person who originally purchased the gift will receive the refund. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 working days after the returned item reached our firm, please follow these steps:

1. Please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

2. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
